Amisha has had a blast teaching Zumba since 2012. She loves to see her students achieving their health and fitness goals, feeling great about themselves and using fitness as a means to overcome stress and other health issues. "Life is a balancing act. We all have responsibilities, but we must also have outlets. A great workout is a positive outlet that can have an incredible impact on the mind, body and spirit." Amisha strives to make her classes fun and has three simple rules for her students: Smile, sweat and shake something!
