Drop in Belly Dance - Level 2 with Leena!
This drop-in class focuses on Salimpour Format Belly Dance! In these weekly classes Leena drills Salimpour technique with a focus on layering, isolations and powerful hip work. We will also explore adding finger cymbals and dance movement to our current repertoire. Class will move quickly, so it is suggested that you have a general working knowledge of basic belly dance technique. You should also bring a yoga mat, as we will be doing some work on the floor, and finger cymbals. Get ready to take your dance to the next level and have fun doing it!
