1:30PM Belly Dance Drills with Heidi

Belly Dance Drills: If repetition is key then this class is the key to unlocking precise and layered belly dance moves. Starting with a full body warm up to get our bodies to a relaxed and accepting state followed by some isolation drills to check into our bodies from head to toes. The moves of the day will be drilled and combined so we can dance and end with a cool down.
