Dancer's Stretch: A mix of modern, jazz, and ballet stretches combined with Pilates conditioning exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and control. We'll incorporate a few props like resistance bands, foam rollers, and stability balls to aid with our stretches and core exercises. Students are recommended to bring a yoga mat, towel, and a water bottle and welcomed to bring their own resistance bands and foam rollers if they wish.
