Kick-off the new year with our special 6-week “Fitnetic Beats” series with Jenny! Classes will include dance conditioning focused on improving strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, technique, and posture! A former A.C.E. personal trainer and fitness instructor, Jenny will guide you through a series of movements, exercises, isolations, and barre work appropriate for dancers of all levels.
Grab your mats, towels, and waters, and get ready to move to some poppin’ beats in this Fitnetic Beats series!
