Learn ballet basics to improve posture, balance, flexibility and more! Every Saturday at 11am EST with Heidi!
These weekly drop in classes focus on exercises, techniques and steps of classical ballet with an emphasis on terminology and correct body alignment. Classes will help you develop both an aesthetic and proprioceptive awareness of the art of classical ballet (Vaganova method). Students should have a mat and either a thick towel or yoga block for the conditioning section of class and a chair or hip height counter to help them balance during the barre portion.
